Warranty
All products available at www.ildnord.com are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and legally introduced to the Polish market. ILDNORD devices come with a 2-year warranty, while components such as the grate and seals are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover heat-resistant ceramics. Proper use of the stove, its installation, and connection to the chimney must comply with the instructions in the user manual.
Returns
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of return, the product must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and include all accessories along with proof of purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned product is received, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless the consumer agrees to a different refund method. The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer unless the seller has agreed to bear these costs.
